These Terms govern the purchase and use of the digital products sold on this website by Practical Digital Hub, a trading name used by IS SOLUCOES DIGITAIS LTDA (CNPJ 68.588.715/0001-40), a limited company registered in Brazil ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
We sell digital educational content (visual study guides in PDF format and online access to them). Product descriptions explain the content of each guide. The material is for educational and informational purposes only and does not replace professional training, certification, legal, technical or medical advice.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders processed through Paddle, and handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and customer service enquiries about the payment. Some orders may be processed by other payment partners (such as Stripe or PayPal) as shown at checkout. Prices are shown before payment and include VAT where applicable.
Access is delivered electronically, normally within minutes of a successful payment, by e-mail and through our members area. If you do not receive access, check your spam folder and contact us at isdigital20261@gmail.com.
With your purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own study and work. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
All content is owned by Practical Digital Hub or used under licence and is protected by copyright.
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the material. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
